Welcome to Matthew's Place, United Church Homes and Services newest affordable housing ministry, opened in 2004. Matthew's Place is designed as a clustered neighborhood, with several apartments in each of five buildings. All the buildings are one story and connected with paved walkways.

Located in Albemarle, North Carolina, Matthew's Place residents enjoy small town charm in a safe, friendly community. As a HUD 202 housing complex, Matthew's Place is designed to meet the needs of adults, age 62 and older in a supportive environment. As a special ministry of United Church Homes and Services we proudly offer the following amenities:
