Covenant Place

Supportive Housing
Covenant Place, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina,  was conceived through a partnership with United Church of Chapel Hill, Covenant United Church of Christ in Carrboro and United Church Homes and Services (UCHS) in Newton, NC. The forty-two unit apartment building opened in 1998 and has been operated by UCHS since that time. Covenant Place has aided hundreds of residents by providing supportive housing made possible by HUD's 202 program and dedicated community partnerships. Their forty-two apartments help meet a great need for affordable, safe and supportive housing by seniors.
